Alice Liddle

Alice Liddle

Alice was one of the founding members of Women in the Built Environment.

Alice is a Director at Howes Percival, with a senior role in the development of the commercial property team and its business.  Alice has always specialised in commercial property since qualification as a solicitor.  Trained at a City law firm, she practised in London for several years before moving to Norfolk some twenty years ago.

Her particular areas of interest are in development schemes and investment property – with some mines and minerals work in addition.  Alice has also enjoyed having a training and coaching role for colleagues and clients. With her previous firm, she was co-responsible for the contents and delivery of a firm-wide training programme for over three hundred property lawyers and inhouse counsel.

In her other life, Alice enjoys the countryside, wildlife and walking (having done Hadrian’s Wall and most of Offa’s Dyke), loves music (mainly classical, opera and jazz), is a member of two book clubs and likes learning modern languages (currently struggling to master modern Greek at evening class)
